What a wonderful place to call home! We have been here just under a year and so far we’ve loved everything about Mallard Landing. The staff are welcoming and friendly. They eased our concerns about apartment living prior to our move in and have proven that we made the right choice. The community is quiet and our neighbors are friendly. DO NOT LIVE HERE. We lived here for 2.5 years. It’s a good location, and the property is nice. However, the rent became way too expensive after they renovated each unit in 2023. Additionally, the third time we renewed our lease with them, they forced us to pay a technology fee of $75 a month for Wi-Fi service through a company of their choosing. It didn’t matter that we already had internet service at a cheaper rate for the previous two years we lived there. They do not give you an option to opt out of their chosen internet ... read more
Lived here for 14 years, and I was so sad to leave! Management was wonderful, and the maintenance team was by far the best. I lived in both a 2 bedroom and transferred to a 3 bedroom. 10/10. *Full disclosure: I now work as an associate for HILLS Properties, however, I did not work for the property when I lived here. My experience in living at Mallard Landing has no bearing on my current employment. As always, my reviews are based off my actual experience.
