Not impressed by mallard. We moved out awhile ago because we bought a house, you apparently need a 60 day notice to leave the apartment. We were not even looking at houses 60 days in advance so there was no way to give a notice. We still had to pay 2 months rent plus the fee to leave the apartment early. altogether we paid over $4,000 to leave the place. I would give it a negative review if possible. applied for an apartment. we are moving out of our house and chose apartment living for the ease. however, never got by the application. charged $50 a person (so $100) and $300 fee. i submitted my app on a thursday evening and twice returned. first time because they wanted last 3 employment records (i'm on ss, so only have a single paper from the fed), after that they indicated my bank statements were not from the bank. they were directly downloaded in a pdf. lastly, even after ... read more

I lived here for a year and I absolutely loved it, by far the nicest apartment I’ve seen, it was always quiet and they always had something fun to do in the clubhouse, unlike other apartments maintenance was very friendly and I never had any issues with the place. The location is perfect, I feel safe going on walks and you’re a 5 min drive from anything you need
