I would give it a negative review if possible. applied for an apartment. we are moving out of our house and chose apartment living for the ease. however, never got by the application. charged $50 a person (so $100) and $300 fee. i submitted my app on a thursday evening and twice returned. first time because they wanted last 3 employment records (i'm on ss, so only have a single paper from the fed), after that they indicated my bank statements were not from the bank. they were directly downloaded in a pdf. lastly, even after ... read more
I lived here for a year and I absolutely loved it, by far the nicest apartment I’ve seen, it was always quiet and they always had something fun to do in the clubhouse, unlike other apartments maintenance was very friendly and I never had any issues with the place. The location is perfect, I feel safe going on walks and you’re a 5 min drive from anything you need

I moved into Mallard Landing (townhouse) one month ago. Coming from a house, it was important for me to have a garage attached, and the townhouse provides that needed convenience for me. Taylor has been very professional and helpful. She was very thorough in explaining all details during my move in date. I needed a few things done (e.g., check to ensure washer/dryer were connected properly, installation of a ceiling fan in the primary bedroom) and they were taken care for me in a timely manner. Thank You.
