Great place to live. I’ve been here for 6 years and very happy. Maintenance team is awesome and always gets things fixed quickly and with great service!
I had a great experience touring Mallard Landing. It’s a very beautiful apartment complex
Zero concern to safety or security but you better pay your $2k a month to live in something the equivalent of section 8. Had my truck stolen out of the parking lot as well as filed reports of vehicles being tampered with and got told I’ll need to pay an extra $3k if I want to terminate my lease since I no longer feel safe here. There’s far better options out there considering the price point. They could do better for the money this complex brings in monthly but the little pool parties are worth more of the expense to them.
This apartment complex has gone downhill over the years of living here. No wonder so many residents have moved out and all time high vacancy and now luring people in with specials. The property manager has no customer service skills and is rude. Repairs do not finish in a timely manner, nor is it done correctly. Snow removals takes days to weeks to get done. You are better off doing it yourself. They don't salt the community sidewalks. The dumpsters are always full. The apartments are hardly insulated and end up paying more ... read more
