This apartment complex has gone downhill over the years of living here. No wonder so many residents have moved out and all time high vacancy and now luring people in with specials. The property manager has no customer service skills and is rude. Repairs do not finish in a timely manner, nor is it done correctly. Snow removals takes days to weeks to get done. You are better off doing it yourself. They don't salt the community sidewalks. The dumpsters are always full. The apartments are hardly insulated and end up paying more ... read more
Absolutely amazing apartments the pools is so well kept and everything is maintenanced so well. Everything is updated and clean and there's a great community of people with crafts at the office for holidays and things like trunk or treats these are an amazing place to live
Mallard Landing is a beautiful, well-maintained community that I truly enjoy calling home. The leasing and maintenance staff are exceptional. They're always kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it makes such a difference. I also have wonderful, quiet neighbors, and the patio view is so relaxing. It’s such a joy watching the mallards waddle around the property and occasionally stop by the patios!
