Great little community to live with nicely maintained property and lots of nice events for the residents. The office is very helpful and responsive to any needs or questions you may have.
The maintenance person Marshall was very quick in fixing our door issues
We are very happy with this apartments, Marshall is very good technician.

In mallard most of people are Indian who love to stay here but this organization is not doing as what we need like most of people are IT and students they work night come late . Go they need swimming pool ti open so they spend some time with family and friends. Please add some more equipment in GYM . Give us some homely freedom here . From a year I was watching some many my close peoples are try to leave from mallard . My intention is mallard is good place. Please understand stand our need sir/madam
