Shoutout to maintenance technician: Marshall and team
Here is my experience with the maintainance technician ‘Marshall’. We had couple of issues in our home and Marshall did a very good job with lot of patience and asking our permission before proceeding to do his job. The work he does with the dedication truly appreciated. Thank you Marshall for your service.
Had spark issues with microwave and a leaking kitchen sink faucet. Mr. Marshall helped fix these. He attended to the problem immediately, replaced the microwave, and installed a new sink faucet. He worked efficiently, professionally, and with a great attitude throughout. Really appreciate his excellent service!
I’ve had a great experience living here. Parking is easy, and the maintenance team is excellent. Whenever I submit a request, it’s handled quickly and on time. Marshall, the maintenance guy, has been especially awesome—always pleasant and very helpful. Overall, a really good place to stay!
