Too many uncomfortable experiences at this property related to fees and the undertone that comes with it, this property might be better for singles or elderly because if you have kids or like to decorate your place, your bound to get charged hefty fees that I’ve never experienced in my life of renting. I lived here for 2 years, and I have to say it's a very lovely place. The apartments are nice, maintenance is quick and competent, management is fairly understanding and responsive, and the community is pretty nice and quite safe - the worst thing that ever happened living here was a stolen package, and there are porch pirates everywhere. Nothing unexpected. It's a nice, diverse community. And management has lots of little events, especially lots of family stuff. Wonderful experience living here so far. The apartments are spacious and surrounding are nice. Some new updates have been made to gym which is very helpful. Really appreciate the deals offered for lease renewal by Samantha.

Fees have I never had to pay moving out of an apartment in my life of renting apartments for small things like putting a mirror on the wall or coat hook adornments that need stable screws in place otherwise heavy things fall off the walls. I’ve notice tvs mounted on the walls: Do you pay extra for leaving those holes behind? Because I got charged for those fees and the expectation of the air suction vent to suction in the bathroom after taking a warm bath or shower, mildew still creates on the white sealant but you will get ... read more
