These are really great apartments with spacious bedrooms. The staff is so friendly and courteous and professional. Maintenance too, and they always come quickly if needed. They have a really well equipped gym as well!
Victoria has been amazing at meeting all of our needs and answering every question quickly!
Def don’t go there. I know ppl there that singed new leases and never got the gift cards they had on the paper, after months telling them to be patient and wait that they were sending everybodies out at the same time. I know ppl there that power has went out and had to wait multiple days for someone to come not to mention all maintenance issues take forever to get resolved. Don’t do it
better maintance and office people Fix up inside of apartments to justify the high rent
I’ve had nothing but good experiences with North Lakes. Coming from a dangerous living situation, they got me into an apartment with quickness and ease. Any issues I’ve had were fixed in a very reasonable time frame. I am also LOVING the new building color and all the upgrades they are doing to the property. It is always clean with no grass or trash. I haven’t had any issues with my neighbors and the owner, I think Sammy is his name, is fabulous, as well as the people in the office
Worst Management & Maintenance – MY ADVICE TO ALL RELOCATORS AND APARTMENT SEEKERS..........DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!............... SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR A COMPLEX THAT DESERVES IT, AND SAVE YOURSELF THE FUTURE HEADACHES. I liked the fact that the rent was reasonable and their showcase model was pretty - both are initially what attracted me to the complex, that is it!!!
