Mallard Creek Animal Hospital has been our vet since getting into Charlotte in 2020. Their staff is friendly and caring, prices are reasonable, and I always get a good breakdown of what is happening and what I'm being charged before it's done. I also find that they welcome questions and don't mind making sure I'm comfortable with next steps if we need follow up care. Their approach is refreshing and very helpful to understand everything going on with my pets.
Dr. Turner was very personable, caring and understanding during our appointment. She seems to truly care when having a difficult conversation about my dog Daisy. Highly recommend!

The staff at Mallard Creek Animal Hospital have always been very compassionate and caring. I’ve had many different experiences (foster cats, our own pets, sick kittens), and they have been very understanding in each unique situation. We love Dr Waller and are grateful for her advice and expertise! Two cute toe beans up 👍🏻👍🏻
