100% BetterTiffany has been cleaning up the place, getting it painted,and keeping the bushes and weeds down, and the maintenance men have been doing a good job also.i have been out here since 2016, it's about time we got people that care how this place looks inside and out.i hope Tiffany and her team is here to stay.we have had such an turnaround on help. Maintenance here at Mallard Cove Apartments are very good if a problem happens and PJ and his assistant are very polite and curtious and very good at their job and also they never leave a mess.
We have been here for almost 3 months now... And I couldn't ask for a better a place. They are VERY quick to to fix any problems we have since we have moved in. The office management is amazing! Tiffany really makes you feel like family here. The first day meeting her I knew I wanted to live here, she is so sweet and she really make you feel like you are at home here. SHE NEEDS A RAISE!!
Mallard Cove has definitely been a huge blessing for me. I am especially grateful for Ms. Tiffany our leasing office Manager and Ms.Jenny and Ms. Heather. Plus, our Maintenance staff, Mr. PJ and Mr. Mickey. They all strive for a better living environment and community. Thanks for all you guys do!!! Overall, with the right means or supports, pretty great place to live ❤️ ❤️ ❤️.
