We have been waiting for our unit since beginning of April. As of yesterday June 25...I decided this is it! ERICA the little girl in the office is down right RUDE. The only reason we received our money back, is because I had to contact the management in Florida. I will not allow anybody to talk to my husband or myself the way she did. It took all of me not to drag her over the desk. She has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS @ all. I couldn't imagine dealing with her for the next 12 mths. Could be much better with some much needed updating.
Horrible, full of bugs! Roaches, termites in walls, mold in the sinks and cabinets......break in are frequent! Stay away.......far away.
