I move to Mallalieu Pionte February 17, 2026. Resident manager Latisha Johnson was very helpful. She kept me informed on everything. From the application to the move in. My next door neighbors Mrs.Linda and Mr. Jeremiah made me feel welcome. Glad to have such good neighbors. I also met James he lives up stairs. Very nice guy . I believe, I'm going to like living here. Maintenance guy Mr. Eddie is also very nice.
Waste of time …don’t waste your money and time on this place.
Rent increase is outrageous!! High turnover with leasing manager
If I can give this place a zero stars I would because I’ve been calling these apartments for about two months just to get a simple tour. I called a few times the first of month. No one will answer mind you the number on Google is completely wrong so you have to go into the website to get the number. I went up there it literally eight minutes from my job. No one was there.
