This place is hard to get a hold of (they supposedly have regular hours but even when you call during those hours you get the automatic message for being closed), long wait times since they usually run late (many times over an hour), and you either get one doctor that will rush you in and out (bulk bill) or the other that will talk your ear off and charge you a fortune for it.
The new staff are wonderful very helpful and friendly.
The old lady receptionist, bob length grey hair, is the biggest cow I have come across. Rude, disgusting manners. Felt like I was annoying her booking an appointment.. absolutely horrendous service, will not be returning as long as she works there. Should honestly be ashamed, if you don’t like your job, leave! Witch
The receptionist is a COW with a nasty attitude. Absolutely disgusting for someone who works in a medical practice. I came here to start a mental health plan and left needing another after dealing with that witch! STAY AWAY!
Love the friendly staff and the Doctors are awesome. Listen to you and take the time to review you fully.
