I am starting my 10th year residence here at the Starview Mall apartments. I just moved from the second floor studio to the first floor studio apartment. I am very happy with the apartment and the amenities. When I moved in, the apartment was freshly painted and I was very impressed by their commitment to going the extra mile to upgrade the kitchen and the bathroom areas. I was interested in a 2 bedroom apartment and send a message to mall and starview gardens and a lady name Amy called me back and left me a message saying she could help me . After I called her back she said that she didn’t have a 2 bedroom apartment and when I ask about the one bedroom she said that I need to make 150.000$ to qualify for a 2.100$ apartment. Really ? That is absurd! clearly I wasn’t the kind of person she wanted to help .. Shame on her !

Great quiet place to live, comes with pool access and optional garages. Police station is down the street and very safe, close to multiple shopping centers and main highways. RIGHT next to the train station. Parking.... is tight occasionally Paid on-site laundry and fast maintenance workers.
