Cole was great and all around I’ve had an amazing experience. Except for one thing… me and my wife purchased a Tesla and they did not provide a charger. However they promised me they would get me one within 2-3 days. It has now been 2 weeks since I purchased the vehicle and still no charger. My wife’s brand new Tesla is docked at home until we finally get the charger in because the closest superchargers are 35 minutes away and we do not have enough charge to get to it. I initially worked with Dylan for internet sales, then with Zaira for my in person apportionment. Both Dylan and Zaira were so helpful and thorough during the entire process. I was incredibly nervous about buying my first new car and Zaria was literally the most kind and patient person! I was in and out of the dealership with a new car in under 2 hours. Every person I interacted with was also very nice and personable.
Brandon,Garry and Robert were amazing people to deal with. They made the buying of my new vehicle quick and professional. Will definitely revisit when time for my next vehicle.
I've been to a lot of dealerships and this one tops all of them in terms of customer service. Every associate I've talked to has been highly pleasant and understanding.
