I have to give it to Dr. Vancil and staff. Their bedside manner, willingness to help out in a jam and thoroughness in the solution are services that you just don't see in today's "me first" world. Dr. Vancil is a trip and his staff make the appointment more of a fun social call. Can't say enough good things about this practice.
