I had a great encounter with Dr. Vancil and his entire staff though we met under some of my most painful circumstances. Dr. Vancil with April his assistant really made me feel comfortable as they relieved me from some tooth/gum pain.
Dr. Vacil is cool, family friendly, customer aware, and absolutely easy to work with on every aspect of customer service. The Hygienist are professional, courteous, and good conversationalist. I enjoy going to the Dentist at Mall of Georgia Dentistry. Hope you will give them a call or drop by to schedule an appointment.
I love Dr. Vancil and his staff. I am nrmally terrified of going to the dentist, but not when I go to Dr. Vancil, he explains everyhting that he is doing, and that makes me feel very comfortable. I would and have recommended friends and fsmily to him and will continue to do so.
Couldn't be any better! (unless it was free of course) :-) Everyone is so professional and yet so personable!!!
The entire experience was very good.
Dr. Vancil and his staff are wonderful. They make me feel welcome at ease every time I enter the office. They take time to explain everything from beginning to end and I truly feel appreciated as a patient!

Despite my initial grumpy attitude at the prospect of a new and different hygienist, I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied. Y'all have a pretty cool crew.
This was my first visit and I can truly say, it was a great experience. I had received their flyer in the mail and liked what I read. The staff was very nice, all the information and my plan of treatment was explained very well. Which made me feel very comfortable in their hands.
