Dr. Vancil and the entire staff at Mall of Georgia Dentistry are fantastic. Don't let the outside or the size of their office dissuade you from using this dentist. Expert care, great advice, WONDERFUL people, can I say more? I moved away and now drive 300 miles one way to continue using them. I thank God for finding them, and you will too!
I have to say that when it comes to dentist offices, I absolutely do not have the biggest like in them. Poor customer service, a dentist that doesn't explain a damn thing, and treated more like a number....an entry on a paper instead of an actual patient. Granted, I am not stupid by no means and know this is a business, but a patient in any part of the medical profession shouldn't feel like he's a product or commodity.
