For months at a time our entire buildings laundry units are out of order. Occasionally one will work but the rest will break. For a full building just having one BARELY operational washing machine and dryer is unacceptable. We have called, emailed, put in maintenance tickets. On top of that, they were originally going to raise my rent from $2200 to $2700!!!!! I had to have a one on a one with management to get this resolved. WARNING!!!! Really Predatory company. The staff is manipulative and will lie and give you false information to insure they keep 100% of your security deposit. I spoke to RYAN MCGEE many times on the proper protocol and the information he gave me was used to take my whole security deposit. Also, the living conditions are REPULSIVE. Mice, cockroaches and skunks infest the properties and the courtyards. Also cigarette smoke comes in from the vents which is disgusting but more dangerous.
