one of the best appartments for family
WARNING!!!! Really Predatory company. The staff is manipulative and will lie and give you false information to insure they keep 100% of your security deposit. I spoke to RYAN MCGEE many times on the proper protocol and the information he gave me was used to take my whole security deposit. Also, the living conditions are REPULSIVE. Mice, cockroaches and skunks infest the properties and the courtyards. Also cigarette smoke comes in from the vents which is disgusting but more dangerous. Beyond the trash, roach, and mouse issues: here are some issues that we encountered to name a few—they changed the locks on our door during work (no notice and no spares), came home from a weekend trip to our rug in our kitchen sink and items scattered all around the kitchen (emailed the office why maintenance was in our apt. and sent pictures— they never responded), the office never gave us gym fobs, the pool was closed summer of 2021 because they didn’t want to pay for lifeguards (according to front desk), door security co... read more
