Dr. Malkani may be great in Ft Myers, but their Port Charlotte group has AWFUL office staff. They can't seem to do anything right with paperwork until you're standing there for your appointment and the approval calls begin, which should have been done WAY before the actual appointment time. I've actually caught them in a lie in that they said paperwork was sent in months ago. I called the company direct and they had only received it 3 days ago. WHAT??
