My husband and I moved to South Carolina to be near my parents, who bought in Malind Bluff. We had considered buying here but after visiting at my parents' house, I could never. The quality of the homes themselves is terrible, and there were tons of issues when they first moved in and those quality issues have only continued. Also, the HOA is horrific. I’ve been in Malind Bluff for 10 months. My sales associate was Morgan and let’s just say she started out friendly until she wasn’t. There has been nothing but issues. First getting keys to mailbox and entrance gate passes. Gates being broken. No Amenities as promised. So children are forced to play in the roadways. Totally unsafe. I’ve been in malind bluff for 8 months and I love it. LaShay was our sales consultant and she is hands down 5. Even after we’ve moved in she’s still helped us when needed and answered questions we had. Very sweet, caring, and isn’t pushy. Our construction manager, Mike, has been an absolute pleasure since day one as well. We truly got lucky to have them both. This was our second experience with a builder on a new home and compared to the last company, Pulte knocked it out of the park. Clear transparency on workmanship timelines and quality, fast and friendly response to any issues that arose, and just an overall great house. Looking forward to growing with this community!
