Keith is a life saver!! I needed to change house insurance this month and needed new inspections since mine were over 15 years old. He responded within the hour and came the next day and finished the reports that night! Very knowledgeable, has great communication skills and showed up exactly when he said he would. Super professional, trustworthy and friendly. His fees are very reasonable and he even gifted me with an awesome shirt! Highly recommend 👍

When Keith came out he was very professional and did a total inspection on the Inside Of my home and the roof area. He was the for approximately an hour or so and Inspected all facets of my home. He then said he needed to write up a report and send it to the insurance company which was handled in less than 24 hours! I was Able to get my binding insurance within 72 hours! I would Strongly recommend his company as they were prompt, professional and on time! Bob Stephens

Keith is reliable, friendly and communicative! He did an amazing job of walking me through the process of a home inspection and breaking down anything I had questions about. I needed an inspection done quickly and he was able to turn the report around in time. His prices are also fair. I definitely would recommend Keith!
