Keith Malin was recommended by our insurance agent to do a wind mitigation inspection for our new insurance company. What a great recommendation! Keith was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. A previous inspector was superfluous and didn't give us credit for Miami-Dade compliant roof and skylights. Keith took the time to inspect the roof and the permits, and submitted an accurate report to our agent, which will result in lower homeowners premium.
