Best in the Business! Keith was not only prompt and thorough, he guided me with his extensive knowledge of being a homeowner! The pic is the narrow pathway to my attic and when he was done, offered to vacuum the top of the opening. You can’t find that kindness in this crazy world anymore! Thanks Keith.

I called Keith from Malin Property Inspections despite a different recommendation from my insurance company since those reviews were not nearly as good as Keith's. I found Keith on the internet when searching for the best wind mitigation inspectors in my area. He had the top rating of 5 stars and I now know why. I cannot say enough positive things about Keith and the way he conducted himself at our home. His work was thorough, he made sure to explain himself in an easy to understand manner, and his followup to our situation was fast and complete. Highly recommend and would use him again in the future!

This inspection company was recommended by my insurance agent who said they were the best. Well they were correct. Keith was very professional from the initial call through completion of the report. He provided the four point inspection report on the same day the inspection was conducted. I highly recommend this company.
