Chad needs work on communication. Honestly I don't know how this guy runs a professional business. He disappeares and blocks me from cell phone and social media after we had arrangements that took much effort on my end to accomplish. All it would've taken was a 30 second call or text to avoid a massive waste of time and energy. Looking a some of the other reviews here, it seems this wasn't his first rodeo.
Chad was an excellent sellers agent. He was attentive to detail, communicative, very knowledgeable, and provided great guidance all throughout the selling process. While 2 sales contracts fell through (as is the commonly the case in this current environment) he adjusted and we moved ahead quickly. I could not have asked for better representation!
Malin & Co was amazing. My home sold in just a few days and the process was so simple. They took care of everything. On top of that, they saved me an insane amount of money. I wish I was staying in the area so they could help me find my next home! Great going guys!
