Malik came highly recommended but I will tell you for sure his customer service by far leaves much to be desired. His tone via text messages was rude and almost as if you are bothering him for services that you are going to pay for! He may be a great mechanic but please be prepared for an arrogant, he-doing-you-a favor attitude. I was genuinely excited to support a Black business owner, but NAH I'm good. You've been warned...
I needed a mechanic to help me with a pre purchase inspection for private seller vehicle and I had previously found Malik’s YouTube channel and I liked the work he was doing so I sent him a message. He gave me a prompt response back asking for the detail of vehicle and the price of the service. One I sent my deposit Malik provided a link to book the appointment. Hey y'all my experience started out good with this young man . I try and support my culture that's in business but some people just don't deserve me patronizing their business . How you gonna tell me that you're doing me a favor and you're being paid for your services. If you're doing me a favor that means free . So please take that favor part back because it didn't exist.
