I took my vehicle to the shop for overheating and a bad antifreeze leak. The car had to go back to the shop again because it was still having the same issues. The problem still was not corrected after it went back to the shop the second time. I had not been able to drive it after taking it to the shop twice and did not know if it was repairable. The WORST EXPERIENCE. I advise him the battery maybe the issue. We agree to a diagnostic Foreign car and travel fee which is $145. Money was sent immediately before he even sent his website so money wasn’t the issue. I booked at 10am, he mentioned he was running behind due to rain and didn’t arrive until 12pm(which I get) . He so called did the diagnostic and advise me it was the battery and he could replace it for $320(labor and parts ) . Ok cool again Money sent immediately . Got my 2014 back brand spanking new. The reviews I’ve seen left me flabbergasted quite frankly cause not only was he prompt, professional and knowledgeable, but his communication was delightful and helpful. He gave recommendations and made sure I was ready to hit the road. I would much rather support a small business than a large corporation any-day !
