They scheduled appointments when she's not in the office. You wait an average of 1.5 hours. I had an 10am appointment and she didn't show up to the office till 11:30. Just a bad practice.

I have been seeing Dr. Raffaa Malik for the past couple of years after the passing of my previous doctor due to COVID-19. As many know, finding a psychiatrist is incredibly difficult, and I’ve done my best to maintain continuity of care despite ongoing challenges. Dr. R Malik is reliable/on time, cares about her patients, never makes you feel rushed and genuinely listens to her patients.

I love Dr Malik. I’ve been seeing her for over 20 years. She’s always put my needs and interests first. She’s also always allowed me to be part of my of the medication process, always asking me if that’s alright and if I’m comfortable with the dosage. Sincerely she’s always been my biggest advocate and for that I’ll forever be grateful.

I would not give her a single star if that was an option. She completely took advantage of me when I was extremely vulnerable. It became apparent in hindsight (when I received the bill) that she was more interested in money than in helping me. She has some sort of scheme going with Center Pointe Hospital. The whole experience was so sketchy.
