Very unprofessional front desk. We had an appointment scheduled for today and even showed them the appointment card, but they claimed there was no record. Instead, they told us to wait in case someone didn’t show up or reschedule for another day. They also never answer phone calls—I think once they accidently picked up my call and put me on hold for so long and then they hung up. Terrible customer service.

Toda la gente que tenga una mala opinión de esta y cualquier otra clínica gratuita. Tengan en consideración que son atendidas por personas voluntarias y tú seguramente no donas ni un Dollar , peto si son buenos para dar malas opiniones al respecto de la recepción y de los doctores . Mucho ojo gente. Hay que ser agradecidos.
Great place and great doctor but the front desk people needs to learn about costumer service! The worst costumer service that I ever received ever( from the chunky lady) , very rude and I was even surprised with the way the girl was talking to me! Because it’s free they think they can treat people the way they want but that’s not how it works!
