This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a provider. I did labs and had to call multiple times to follow up. Once I got in touch to follow up with an elevated lab for further testing this doctor told me my labs were not important at this time to her and to speak to her front desk to schedule another appointment. When I went on to express that I felt it was important she then hung up the phone in my face. I have never ever experienced this. She is horrible and extremely rude. I switched my Primary care doctor, I called to make an appointment and the workers were RUDE and put me on HOLD for 10 minutes … smh
Won't do preventative care because no copay required.
Stay away from this Clinic!!! This place has rude staff and an unprofessional DR that needs to retire and stop hurting people. The office is dirty and cluttered and the wait is worse than the DMV. Be aware!!!
I had a really nice experience at the doctor’s office today. I did check-ups for me and my kids. The doctor was nice and professional and her assistant was really nice as well. I am happy I went.
