Saw Mark back in October for a cuboid issue. He was able to whip it back (even with a broken hand) and instantly relived the pain I was suffering. He also assessed my posture and gave me a good insight into why I was suffering from some long term running injuries. Super nice bloke who I could have chatted to for hours about running mechanics and training philosophy. Would highly recommend
