After hitting a rock with my Greenworks mower, the mower stopped working. I contacted John at Malibu Mowers. John took care of everything including contacting the manufacturer and ensuring that all repairs were covered under warranty. He also completed the repairs in less time that he promised. Definitely the type of business I want to do business with. I plan to do all future business with Johnny Malibu, and I recommend them to all.
