HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE, THERES COCKROACHES AND AWFUL AND RUDE MANAGERS. when we first got there, there was no one in the front office. We had to wait 20 mins.because the managers went out for dinner. Then right off the bat, the manager told us. "Here are the keys to the rooms, so you guys can go check them and see if you like the rooms because after payment there is no refunds" so we had 3 booked rooms, one for my parent's, one for my sister and her hubby and one for my hubby and I. Had to give a star beyond my judgement. Pulled up to motel to people standing around Google eyeing us. Comments about our vehicle. Throughout the night partying and bonfire in children's playground. The room itself a different story. The sheets were still wet. They only had a throw blanket on bed. Carpets were dirty and found Vicks bottle and other things left in room. We decided to go back home at a loss. I do not recommend staying at this place no matter how affordable you think this place is.
Tried to check in, doors locked. No one around. Had to go to another hotel and my check card wouldn't work because of a hold on my account! Held was made the day I paid for the room at Malibu but they got their money. Can't cancel either! Tried to call the number and not in service! Birthday weekend ruined. Now all weekend away can't get any money because of them. AND I lose the money I paid for the room. Horrible business.
Me and my family had a blast, nice management and right down t he street from all attractions, we will be back. Oh yeah and a bonus perk to staying here, you get Chula Vista water park passes until the day you check out. I recommend this place to anyone
PLEASE DON'T COME HERE. UNSAFE MOTEL. Shitty hotel with staff that can't even speak English. Room had urine stains and cigarette burns on the sheets and matress. Upon check in I paid cash then come to realize when I got home I was charged an additional $40 on my debit card I used to book this hotel. I had to fine a complaint with my travel site and the bank to reimburse me my money. Upon check out the front desk clerk and her man cursed me out as my travel agent recorded the entire conversation. Please stay away..
