I agreed verbally that I will only sign up for 3 months of personal fitness training but I was then added to a recurring billing which I never agreed to. I was very clear that I did not want this but billed anyway and now they will not credit me. I also had my first session and found that he is not a personal fitness trainer and was pretending to be one with the help of the employee who signed me up. This is illegal and they misled me.
