A actual real tenant review for Malibu Bay Apartments The real tenants of Malibu bay truly know that is a horrible roach and ant infested complex to live in. The property manager and staff is fired every couple of months, just asked any person in the office how long have they been there. Car thieves frequently target this complex, ask west palm beach police department. The neighbors do not respect their neighbors. They smoke weed in the halls, they play music loud at all times of the day. Homeless people sleep on the stairs!... read more
How great is my Apartment This is the perfect development in case if you desire to visit. There is a outlet mall in the corner of it. Patio, pool, balcony make the development more beautiful. The parking lot is well maintained.
Has potential I moved in a little over a year ago and I have some ups and downs even though they need to make changes cosmeticly and the maintenance is a little undesirable. The folks in the front office are very nice and willing to help in anyway they can.
Malibu bay dr. I am a prospective renter.the neighborhood is great they have security officers on the look out.i really feel safe in my apartment cause back then it wasnt like that..i would definitely recommend this apartments to others
