My experience at this braid shop was excellent! I recently had a style done that didn’t turn out too well and I was upset over it. I went back the next day and explained the situation, they called the owner and I was in the chair having it taken down to be redone, no questions asked!! They apologized over my dissatisfaction, asked if I was mad and if I would return- which after this excellent customer service experience I ensured them they had a forever customer in me!
