My husband and I have been renting our house with Malhotra Realty for almost 12 years. Donna Tudor is the best landlady we've ever had. She's kind, courteous, honest, and handles things quickly. I would rent from them again, and would recommend her to anyone.We have had problems with ground hogs and also ants. These issues have been dealt with in a timely manner, and they are currently having the deck in the backyard repaired and placing animal deterrent lattice around the bottom of the deck. I have to say they are great when it comes to management. I have resided at 113 Mason Montgomery Rd since Dec. 2006 and have never had a problem that was never taken care of right away .i.e.: maintenance, exterminating, painting , plumbing etc. Donna Tudor and crew are some the nicest sincerest building manager to have. Honest and sincere all the way .
When I tried to move into a different unit, the property manager Donna Tudor lied to my face about knowing about a bed bug infestation in that unit. Initially she said she had no knowledge of the infestation but in the same conversation turned around and said the infestation was so bad they had to treat the previous tenants couch multiple times before they could even remove it. She then tried to blame me for the bed bugs in that unit but I have written confirmation from an exterminator that she hired that my old unit didn't ... read more
I have had several friends and family members rent from Donna and Malhotra Real Estate over the years. They have all had great experiences with any service or repairs needed being done efficiently and without delay. I have never heard of anyone having bed bugs or other insect infestation. Everyone has always had good things to say about Donna and the company.
