This dental office has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. They never respond to emails, and when you call with an issue, they become defensive and rude rather than speaking to you professionally. They interrupt frequently and don’t truly listen to what you’re saying. My sister used to get her cleanings here, but I’ve advised her to stop, and she will. I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Maley. He has had to deal with some complicated issues with my teeth and has come up with excellent solutions. He is personable and knowledgeable and his staff is friendly and efficient. I have very recently moved out of state and would be very lucky to find a comparable practice.
I strongly recommend Matthew Maley , DDS and his office staff. Everyone is personable. The office is very clean, and appointments tend to run on time. I’m very happy with the dental care I receive from Dr. Maley.

Best dentist in town…professional, polite, efficient, clean…can’t say enough good things!
I called and talk to the office beforehand to make sure that I would be covered at 100% with my insurance. They assured me that I wouldn’t pay anything for my visit. Come to find out after the fact, that the because of the way that they bill, my insurance would not cover their provider Dr. Maley and I ended up with a bill that they would not correct or bill properly so that I would not have to pay out-of-pocket for my visit. I would not recommend to anyone
Always great experience and I hate getting work done. They don't false advertise like a particular dentistry that's in the area
My review is not about the dental care itself or most of the staff. For the most part I am reviewing one person in the office that is not involved with direct patient care but deals with patients on the business side of the practice. My family were patients at Sylvania Dental Group for over 40 years when one dentist in the group retired and the other moved into the office with Dr. Maley.
