I am speechless with how downhill this practice has become. The office manager Nicole has no right holding that position. Zero empathy, care, accountability, or heart. They pack you into the waiting room like zoo animals. You are seen and given 2 minutes for your appointment and then you are rushed out. I just waited a month for my results to get into my hands and the specialist doctor I need to see. I saw Dr. Malerba a while back and it all started out fine she was nice enough until one day I was waiting over two hours in the waiting room and I politely asked the front desk how much longer and I was pretty much attacked. Then brought in the back to wait another thirty minutes, dealt with a snarky attitude from an intern shadowing Dr. Malerba and then to top it all off once Dr. Malerba swaggers into the office close to three hours from my scheduled appointment she has the audacity to ask me “do you want to be seen today?... read more
EXCELLENT Dr. Malerba could very well of saved my life from an insidious & fatal disease. On my last visit, Dr Malerba immediately identified suspect irregularities and ordered biopsies of the same. Melanoma was found. Surgery at was commenced promptly with good results. Thank you Dr. Malerba
I’d give less than 1 star if I could. Malerba has patients wait over an hour and the people up front have zero care or concern. Don’t come here if you feel like your time is worth something
