Left sitting in the parking lot on a freezing cold night, did not receive our message for the PIN code for the key safe. After 4 phone calls and texts, and nearly an hour, manager finally responded. Quite bizarrely, it seemed to be our fault that she had sent the PIN code to the wrong number (yes, I checked the mobile on the account was correct!) No apologies were forthcoming. Very rough start to a romantic night away . . .
Perfect romantic getaway. Location was ideal. Space was beautiful. I was in the Freda room, separate to the main house.
Stayed at Rosewood cottage last weekend. Beautiful place and very well stocked. Would have given 5 stars except were unable to work the fureplace which we were so looking forward to and appears to be quite tricky to work! Having said that, we will be back 😀
