Check in was quick, room was inviting...Its a thursday night and the hotel is pretty busy, pleasant and efficient staff. Was Ravenous after a long trip so had lamb shanks, ordering took a while but the meal came really quickly, tender and delicious, wanted to lick the plate, topped off with a pepper jack wine. I've just edited this to include that the bed, pillows and sheets were comfy, plenty towels, offer of extras such as hair-dryer and earplugs -just ask at reception. We celebrated my mother-in-law’s 80th birthday celebration on Sunday with 3 generations present! Maleny hotel were welcoming, great with communication and accomodating us on a lovely big table. Menu had a good variety on offer and the food was generous, tasty and fresh. The service was absolutely flawless including the seamless cake arrangement and presentation with the whole house (including kitchen) joining us in the birthday song. Ten out of ten for a memorable evening, highly recommend!

Staged a chapter and overnight there as part of buck’s weekend, hospitality was awesome. At night as it got colder outside and patrons dwindled, staff brought more gas heaters across to us; awesome. The next morning, one of our Ubers canceled; next stop was Brisbane City. The crew had to split up. On hearing of our plight, Sarah, Helen & Katie went well above and beyond to get us sorted. Thanks girls, and good driving Katie!
