I cancle my prescription and they still stole $275 form me I will never us them ever again worse ed company I ever have used
Fraud, scam, ripoff company you name it I had a subscription cancelled it 3 weeks before the next order was to ship they ignored my cancellation and shipped it anyway when I contacted them they admitted I had cancelled but must have been slip up in their computer I was told they would not refund my money. The attorney general needs to investigate this company I’m certainly going to do what I can to expose them for what they are!!!!
Would not recommend. Horrible customer service. Order still not shipped after a week yet say unable to cancel and issue a refund.
Total ripoff. I spent 3 days trying to get the price they advertised. I was told that the extra $40 would be removed after the doctor reviewed my paperwork. After reading the possible side effects I called to cancel altogether. I was told it already shipped out and at the wrong price. Never been scammed like this by any other company. Never doing business here again.
