This office is horrible at answering the phone! I have complained to the Dr personally, she doesn't seem to care. You call and leave messages no call back. If you sit in that office, you will hear the complaints of patients of the same thing. They never answer the phone. They refer you out and don't give you accurate information! I was sent on a goose chase trying to fill a prescription. She told me where to go and they said they didn't. If you love your loved ones , don't take them there.
I have been under her care for years. One time I had second degree burn. I immediately called her office and they took me in. Her efficient and caring staff took care of me immediately. Dr. Maldonado evaluated and cleaned my wound. After her thorough evaluation, she immediately referred me to the perfect specialist. If I could rate her with stars, she would get an infinite amount.
