We selected Maldonado to enhance our community entry landscaping based on strong referrals. The project went well thanks to the oversight of our project manager who was very responsive in handling all aspects of our project. These guys do good work!
Update – 30 Days Later Since my original review, there has been a significant improvement. The previous account manager is no longer overseeing our property, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the performance of our new manager. The crews now arrive on a consistent schedule and follow clear, structured guidelines. Our experience with Maldonado Landscaping has been frustrating and disappointing. Their mission statement emphasizes unparalleled customer service and a strong work ethic, but in reality, we have encountered the opposite. Scheduling has been a constant issue—they do not maintain a consistent schedule, and their reliability is nonexistent. Our account manager, Josh, repeatedly over-promises and under-delivers.
