We had an excellent interaction with the person that came to our home to assess the work. We had several back and forth exchanges and the response was very good. As we attempted to get to a final scope, we got no response whatsoever. Initial response was excellent. Follow up has been very poor, so will go elsewhere now.
I contacted Maldonado Nursery and Landscaping to construct a French drain around my house that sits on an excavated lot on a slope that is approx. 30 degrees. When the big rains came last summer, my screened patio was flooded to around 4 inches deep. Brooke came out on Wednesday, 3/11, assessed the situation and drew up a plan. CREEPY MEN WORK HERE. Never had their landscaping done but came across truck LI-1123 at a QT and the man in the back seat kept staring, raising his eyebrows, and licking his lips, all while I was just trying put gas in my vehicle. Go find another company to give your money too, clearly this one employs questionable people.
Desire provided absolutely excellent service. She was professional, attentive, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Desire if you want top-notch service!
It is NOT a nursery. Don't waste your gas or time driving here.
