My husband became a new patient, after a few visits he was referred to a specialist. After dealing with the specialist for approx 11 months and surgery was told by specialist to now follow up with his gp. Rang lady was rude on the phone, told us yes they had a couple of letters from specialist, but because my hubby hadn't been in for awhile he was told he would be classed as a new patient, no time to see you this week and then Dr going of leave.
