Super frustrated and disappointed. We've used Mounir for the past two years, this most recent return we had a slightly more involved tax scenario but nothing too out of the ordinary. We paid half our taxes related to some stock sales up front to avoid a large lump sum at end of year. Somehow this didn't reflect in the filing and the irs did an assessment asking for the full amount (of which we have and provided evidence that we paid half).
