I've Malden Car Service many times & they are excellent! From the moment I call to make the reservation to the drop off to my destination, the experience is smooth, professional and friendly. The communication is quick and I never need to worry about them showing up (they are always early) unlike other services that charge the same rate. We had Malden pick us up at the cruise port in Boston for a trip to Rockport MA. Both drivers were outstanding! Professional, personable and extremely safe drivers. Abdi took us to Rockport and Tadek picked us up for the return trip. Highly recommend this service and hope to use it again.

On time, secure, comfortable, have used them twice for airport drop offs and pick ups. Careful driver, luxury vehicle. Plenty of room for luggage. Price = you get what you pay for!! Highly recommend- a real comfort when exhausted coming back from a trip. Only caveat is Logan Airport’s car pickup being in Central Parking (up one elevator and then down another).
