I’ve noticed how consistent the team is with communication. Each work order is tracked carefully and closed out with confirmation. The resident events add a welcoming touch to an already exciting downtown Detroit lifestyle.
Lived at the Malcomson for 6 months last year and broke our lease because we disliked the building so much. Closest affordable parking is 1/2 mile away. Building itself is fine but common areas are getting pretty beat up as are the apartments. Management is non-existent and we had consistently reported issues with pot smoke (which is prohibited anywhere on the property per the lease) filling the hallways and came into our unit.
