Avoid this company at all costs; they can not be trusted. I signed a lease with Andrea Malcolm, and she violated multiple items in the lease. Item 1., We agreed an alarm would be installed in the building within 14 days of being moved into. An alarm was never installed. 2. The lease had a 60-day notice to vacate.
