I had my hair cut by one of the top stylists there and she scalped me on the left side of my head..she did a razor cut and left me with peach fuzz! My sister had her hair done also and her hair was washed in ice cold water because they said a water main broke! If a water main breaks you don't get water at all! How can you possibly cut hair with one hand and wrist in a splint? The manager of the salon has a MAJOR attitude. Don't go there.
