I woke up with swelling in my cheek. I called his office as a new patient. He saw me& said he was unable to do an x-ray because I couldn't open my mouth wide enough. I was in so much pain I asked to get a shot for pain and then I can possibly open my mouth wide enough. He wouldn't attempt to take an x-ray nor give me a shot to help with pain. He denied me and said go to an oral surgeon or go to the ER. He wouldn't even attempt to ease my pain. Or send in a prescription for antibiotic

Seemed nice, but fixed a tooth with a small cavity vs a tooth that has been bothering me and has sever decay. I asked why and he said he did not know how I would react to anesthesia. Makes no sense, as my reaction would not change based on which tooth he fixed. He had staff call and cancel following spot the day before I was scheduled to fix tooth that was bothering me. Classless. Furthermore, he lectured me during the entire procedure about no dentist being able to do a perfect filling. Jerk

HE IS GREAT AS A DENTIST. ONLY PROBLEM IS HIS OFFICE MANAGER (Elaine). no CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHAT SO EVER. SHE WAS TERRIBLE ON THE PHONE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND HORRIBLE AT THE FRONT DESK. CLASSIC SHE'S BEEN DOING THIS JOB FOR TO LONG AND NEEDS TO RETIRE.

He was very rude and unwilling to help me because he couldn't guarantee that he wouldn't be blamed if the repair didn't last. He made me cry with his condecending tone (he spoke to me as if I were 4 years old). He took a great deal of time telling me what bacteria is, I have a degree in biochemistry so it was wasted breath. I also have bipolar II disorder and he talked down to me so much that it launched me in a depressive state. 0/10, would not recommend.
