Extremely professional and caring. He has followed up after my wife's surgery.
Long story short. Rolled my 4runner during a seizure 6 times down a hill. Never had a seizure in my life. This was 2006. He said it looked like I had a grenade go off in my neck. I had 3 days of halo. my c3 to c5 with a fusion and he took a part of my hip to form my Adam's apple. My son was born in 2016 at kennestone. I saw Dr. Malcom in the parking garage rushing to work. Dr. Malcom performed an XLIF (Extreme Lateral Interbody Fusion) procedure on my spine May 2015. He misrepresented the number of previous times he had used this medical device and successfully completed the two part procedure. During the surgery he fractured my spine and declined to tell me. My heart rate was 33 post op for weeks. I was far worse post op and kept getting worse over time. I begged him for help and honest answers. I got neither. Dr. Malcom performed an XLIF procedure on my spine in 2014. He misrepresented the number of previous times he had used this medical device and two part procedure. During the surgery he fractured my spine and declined to tell me. I had to finally go to Kennestone to obtain my full surgical record to understand why post op I was so much worse than before surgery. Dr James was in charge of Ruben Cruz clients but for computer system problems they never gave me the opportunity to show the injury I have on my lower back I had a MRI with me but they never get to see they said they didn't have the computer program to see it but they refused to perform another one and here I am on a wheel chair loosing straight on My legs every time till stop walking ( Ruben Cruz firm )
