I have to wait 4 months, 4 MONTHS for an Optometry appointment? Wth is that? By far, worse hospital Ive been in my 13 years career.
Received surgery here from Dr. Rodriguez. Staff at every level was welcoming and kind without exception. Very nice facility; logically laid out and easy to find where you need to go. Also very timely and efficient.
What a mess. Called to schedule appointment with PCP that I was assigned to and they cannot even see me until next year. This is INSANE. Being that we need referrals from PCPs directly in order for TriCare to cover us, we need to see our doctors. Get some help. Military families deserve better care.
