Public facilities are broken and not repaired in time
Horrible condition and unsafe. Mold, cracked paint, bad air, bad pipes, musty carpet, so many drafts, exposed staples and nails on the floor that poke you. Everything is done and repaired in cheapest way possible. They fixed my AC leak by putting a bucket down that I have to empty. My neighbor was shot and killed. They still raised my rent after.
