The When this service place moved I was at almost and I haven't found another repair shop that I like. HELP!!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! They are robbing people blind. If you take your car here, do not be surprised if they quote you an astronomical repair cost. I took my Mustang here and they quoted me $2,000 worth of repairs, and told me 3 engine components were broken. BUT only 1 of those 3 parts was actually broken. I had to take my Mustang to another mechanic who showed me the broken part, and everything was fixed for under $300. I would highly recommend Jonathan Chambers and the staff at Malcolm Cunningham Ford. I had previously had a terrible experience buying a truck out of state at a Dodge dealership, as after I drove 7 hours to get the truck I found out it had 25% more mileage and they added more "doc" fees once I got there even though we had already agreed on the out the door price.
