Roof began shedding granules excessively from day one and never stopped. Roofer was shocked to learn these so called 30 year dimensional premium shingles are less than 10 Y/O. Said it looks like a 25 Y/O roof. Will remove review if they actually warranty this awful product.
Absolutely horrible company. Our HOA had Malarkey shingles installed in 2017 on eight duplex residential homes. We discovered last year that the shingles are all cracking, so we filed a warranty claim. It has been a year since we filed the claim, and all we keep hearing is they are just waiting for final approval to settle the claim. Nothing but lies and a terrible product. I'm sure this will end up in litigation in order to get them to honor their warranty.
After dealing with a defective shingle for 6 weeks, Malarky still has zero urgency in sending a warranty check for roof replacement. They’ve agreed it is under warranty and to cover the cost of replacement, but no actual effort to make sure it’s done. There is no way past the point person who answers the phone, no way to contact accounting to find out payment delivery and no way to speak to a supervisor. They are full of malarky.
Very bad place to get load. Coming here for 48000lbs and they are loading 50000lbs. It was overweight. I untied the load, and they unloaded some. There is a big scale line, after all.
Not a well ran facility. Your rate con might say up to 4pm, from 3 pm they might turn you around. Waiting is extremely long, product issues and communication problems.
