This weekend I visited Malani Jewelers at Richardson location. I was given a very warm welcome by their sales associates. One of the sales associate introduced herself as Shahina , was very sweet and friendly. She was able to find the perfect piece of jewelry I was looking for within my price range. Great customer service! Any Habeshas interested in buying jewelry: Malani definitely has the quality, selection and beautiful designs. Just ask for Shahina, she is an excellent help. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. And I highly recommend this place.

Excellent customer service. Deepavali and Paayal helped me find necklace set. My first time visiting the store they both were very patience while I was trying to find the beautiful set and earrings for my daughter. Very happy and will come again. Thank you Paayal and Deepavali for all your help. I'm sure my daughter and my friend will love the jewelry.

It was our first time visit to Malani jewellers as we are new to this place.The customer service was very good .Swetha assisted us by showing all the designs patiently and answered all our queries.She was amazing.Also the store has wonderful collection and sale is going on as it is festive season.I definitely recommend this store.

This being one of my most favorite jewelry stores, tops in customer service with a varied collection to choose from. I usually work with Sofia and its always a pleasure and the most easy experience with her. I stay in Maryland and communicate via phone and my experience is seamless and comfortable. All my questions are answered patiently and with details.Also, my instore experience has always been very hospitable. Highly Recommend..

I have had great experience working with Sophia, she has been amazing and always provides great service. I live in CA and we normally communicate via texts and calls but are able to work out a deal every time. All pieces bought from them are my favorites.
